Avgust

Avgust is the largest Russian company for the production of chemical plant protection products, the leader of the domestic pesticide market. Included in the Top 500 largest Russian companies by revenue. Avgust has created its own research center. In 2020, August was the first Russian manufacturer of plant protection chemicals to launch its own synthesis of active ingredients at the modern Hubei Avgust Pesticide Co. Ltd. in the PRC. In the 2021 season, farmers began to receive preparations based on their own active ingredients at three formulation factories of the company in Russia and Belarus.

The range of products manufactured by the company includes more than 120 types of products. In 2021, Avgust preparations in Russia processed about 53 million hectares of crops (in single-treatment areas). Avgust attaches great importance to the technological support of the use of its products. The staff of regional departments has experienced technologists who help agrarians to choose and apply pesticides correctly.
